An Amaretto Sour with a twist. The Damson Gin adds a dryness and a touch of fruit, this is my favourite sour.
Damson & Almond Sour
Glass: Old Fashioned (Oval Water)
Garnish: Toasted Almonds (when available)
• 1 Damson Gin
• 1 Amaretto
• 1 Lemon Juice
• ½ sugar
• ½ egg white
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.
