Here’s a selection of the drinks which don’t really fit into any of the other categories, but just because they’re shoved in here doesn’t mean that they aren’t awesome cocktails.
Amaretto Sour – Like drinking the liquid version of almond sherbert… if almond sherbert existed.
Bellini – Great drink for mass producing, ingredients are available from any shop or supermarket… but you do need a blender.
Clove Mimosa – Orange and clove were made for each other, add Champagne in the mix and you’ve got a really nice dirnk.
Damson & Almond Sour – If you liked the Amaretto Sour you’ll like this one even more!
