This is probably the drink that I am most proud of, a simple formula that might have been like the original gin and tonic made in the colonies. For this drink you’ll need to make your own tonic water, see my recipe.
GT Turbo
Glass: Martini
Garnish: rind of lime twisted
• 2 Tanqueray No.10
• 1 Tonic Syrup
• ½ lime juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain.
