This is a lovely desert alternative for an October/November evening. It literally tastes like pumpkin pie with a little kick from the Cognac.

Pumpkin Pie’tini

Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Biscuit Rim (blend up some biscuit the rim the outside of the glass with cream and dip in the crumbs)

• 2 Frapin VS
• 1/2 Cream
• 1/2 Milk
• 3 barspoons sweet pumpkin jam (make your own!)
• Large pinch of nutmeg

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
