This is my little twist on a Side Car cocktail replacing the Cognac with Somerset Cider Brandy which is actually more similar to the French Calvados.
Cider Car
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Apple slice
• 1¾ shot Somerset Cider Brandy
• ¾ shot Cointreau
• ¾ shot lemon juice
• ½ shot sugar
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass, serve.
