Thanks very much for visiting The WIld Drink Blog, allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Tristan Stephenson and I am (in one sentence) a professional spirits and cocktail trainer, award winning barista, home brewer and all round alchemist. This blog is about my experiences with all things liquid as I attempt to find the answer to the question - What makes a good drink?

A lot of the time I will ramble on about events that I have been to or partaken in, and sometimes I might write a review about a bar, cafe, bottle or competition.
