After two years loyal service I have handed my notice in at Fifteen Cornwall and will shortly be moving on to work as a Brand Ambassador for Reserve Brands (Diageo).

I joined Fifteen as part of the initial team who set up the restaurant, my aim was to set up the best restaurant bar in the South West of England.
