When in Italy recently I was lucky enough to sample the delights of Chino, a can of deliciously bitter coke alternative. Marketed as a soft drink for adults this stuff is absolutely brilliant and if I get a chance i’m going to try and make my own.

I recenly changes the burrs on the Mazzer Super Jolly which I have been kindly leant by Jimmy of Urban Beach.
