Chinotto is wonderful stuff made by the San Pellegrino company. I've bought it in many places in the UK. It's certainly widely available in Italian delicatessens in Edinburgh owing to the sizeable Italian community I guess. Ive also had it from a few pizza delivery companys in London. You can buy it online here though I'm sure you found that anyway.
