I’ve been working hard to sort out the much neglected Cocktail Section of the website. After taking a long hard look at it and realising that it was really only some recipes pasted into a long list, the OCD took over.

There is something not quire right about this… selling beer made famous by a children’s cartoon show. I’m half expecting the bottles to actually be squashy toys.
The beer is bottled in Mexico by some guy who managed to aquire the patent, which reminds me of a quote from the film Desperado:

I’ve been working on this one for quite some time now, much more substantial than the Rum Timeline and hopefully just as interesting.
Origin of the name
Abbreviation from the dutch jenever (jenever, jeniever, juneva, genever, genevrer… etc.), the spirit from which gin evolved. Jenever itself thought to come from the french word for juniper: genévrier.
Internet masturbation it may be, but a google.co.uk of “drink blog” brings TWDB out at the top of the page. The same on google.com brings TWDB out second from the top.
