Rediscovering my love for Spirits
I’m thrilled to say that i’m getting rather engrossed in spirits once again. Lots of tasting and training sessions on all sorts of liquor over the last few weeks have well and truly fortified my pasion for alcohol. I’ve met some great people, Ian Williams (JW distiller), Colin Dunn (Whisky writer and all round expert) and Roger Mallindine, one of only 11 Masters of Whisky in the world(!!), a man that has been a brand ambassador for around 40 years i’m told.
