Intelligentsia ‘Black Cat’ is very nice indeed
Thanks to Square Mile Coffee for letting me take this home, it is lovely. I found extraction at about 90 degrees works best. Stone fruit up front but the finish is incredible, chocolate but not bitter and dark, more milky, a bit like advent calendar chocolate - in a good way! Works very well with milk and actually tastes a bit like hot chocolate on the linger. Nice big bag too.
