You&#039;ll need to filter it and you can try a number of different ways, I would do it before adding the sugar.

A kitchen water filter will probably take a good degree of the colour out if not all of it, keep passing the liquid through and see how it goes. The alternative to that is a commercial brita filter, which will be bigger in size and more expensive, but sure to remove all of the colour if you do it enough times.

One side effect of this is that you probably lose quite a bit of flavour, but you might be able to compensate by using more bark in the first place.</description>
