Jim over at www.jimseven.com has discovered a very cool website with diagrams that illustrate relationships between many common flavours used in cookery and mixology. I think it could be very handy when matching flavours for drinks.

My name is Tristan Stephenson and I am (in one sentence) a professional spirits and cocktail trainer, award winning barista, home brewer and all round alchemist. This blog is about my experiences with all things liquid as I attempt to find the answer to the question - What makes a good drink?
