These sheets are quite useful to get an overview, but on the other hand say just nothing. An espresso in southern italy is certainly not equal to an espresso in northern sweden, as is the definition of a cappuccino, a café latte or a latte machiato (what’s that you’ll aks now? ;))

I trust you’ll be using it for the UKBC….. remember…45 - 50 ml for your espresso and you capp must be at least 33% espresso and make it frothy!
