UKBC Music
I have spent a bit of time deliberating over what music to play for my UKBC presentation on 14th November. I know it’s not a huge thing but I do think it’s a nice touch if you can create a certain mood for 15 minutes whilst making your coffee.
Some of the music I have seen in the past is interesting with a lot of folks going for stock cafe rhythms whilst others have gone for only slightly more daring stuff.
I have made my choice after considering various songs which I love and I eventually went for one single song which lasts exactly 14:30 and so fills up the time nicely, it is a bit different to the sounds you’d normally hear though but I think it fits what i’m trying to do perfectly!

I’ve had a few people tell me that they were very disappointed with their roasts after they had processed them. There are a lot of things to get wrong in all the processes during and after. I think altitude has a major effect from what I gather.
I’m trying to germinate some of my own at the moment, and failing badly.
