More Market Kitchen coming up…
MK have been in touch again and i’m due to go back up to London this Wednesday evening for another Thursday shoot.
This time it’s going to be more cocktail related and they’ve asked me for an Italian cocktail. Italian cocktails are a bit of a funny one really mainly because apart from grappa there’re no real base spirits to choose from, classics would include Negroni (Gin, campari & Martini Rosso), Amaretto sour (Di Saronno, lemon, sugar & egg white), Grappa Manhattan (Grappa, Martini Rosso & bitters).
I’m thinking about some sort of sour with a combination of liqueurs or a meringue pie type thing with limoncello & Galliano. Then there’s aperol & Frangelico to think about… the possibilites are endless!
I’ll post up before I go and let you know what I decide.
