Monkey Bars Jamboree (SW Cocktail Competition)
Tomorrow i’m entering the SW Cocktail comp which is being held in Exeter.
The competition is split into 3 rounds the first of which is an original drink with local ingredients. I have chosen to use my ‘Bay Breakfast in a Glass‘ . Personally I think it’s a great drink and couldn’t really be much more local a cocktail. The 2nd round is all about speed and the 3rd is a bit random, i’m not quite sure how it works really!
I’m not feeling too nervous about the competition at the moment but no doubt I will be tomorrow. I’ve come home from work today with a whole stash of equipment and ingredients ready for doing my drink… tonight I will mostly be freezing Cornish spring water!
